Jeanmarie Drudy,  OTR/L

Jeanmarie graduated cum laude from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She started her career at a local York area hospital as an inpatient Occupational Therapist servicing trauma, stroke and orthopedic patients. When she became supervisor of the inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy departments, she was asked by local plastic and orthopedic surgeons to participate in observing hand/upper extremity surgeries. She learned a wealth of knowledge about the anatomy and rehabilitation of the hand from this experience.  In 1990, Jeanmarie started her own hand therapy practice.  She enjoyed running her own business, watching it grow and furthering her knowledge of hand rehabilitation for the next 15 years.

Jeanmarie opened Occupational & Hand Therapy Specialists, Inc., in 2010, York’s first and only independent clinic dedicated to hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.  She enjoys the one-on-one treatments that she can provide to her patients, and she continues to maintain close relationships with local physicians. Jeanmarie resides in York with her husband, Mike and enjoys traveling and spending time with her children, Patrick and Katie.
